✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions for Laddu Gopal Ji Dresses only:

1. Wrong item received (wrong size, design, or color).
2. Damaged product received (damaged during shipping).
3. Manufacturing defect (stitching or finishing issue).

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Items purchased during sale or discount periods
• Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen resolution)
• Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer (size charts are provided)
• Puja items and perfumes/Attar

🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at support@divyadarshnam.com or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
2. Provide the following details:

• Order ID
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Reason for return

1. Once approved, we will provide the return address.
2. You must ship the item back within 5 days at your own cost (unless the error was on our part).

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are processed only for approved return cases.
• Refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error.

🔄 Exchange

• Exchanges are subject to availability of the product.
• If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer:
• A replacement of equal value
• A store credit

📦 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier companies
• Incorrect delivery due to wrong address provided by the customer
