- Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

If your order is already packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may refer to our return section if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
- Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the spiritual nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Eligible Return Cases:
Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Product is missing parts/accessories.
Return Conditions:
You must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Unboxing video and photos of the product are mandatory to process a return request.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Not Eligible for Return:
Products used, altered, or without original packaging.
Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., specific size Ladoo Gopal dresses).
Minor color or design variations (as many items are handcrafted).
- Refund Process
If the return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
In case of prepaid orders with COD refund, bank details will be required for processing.
- Exchange Policy
In case of a size issue or wrong product, we may offer an exchange based on availability.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the error was from our side.
