Refund Policy

At Divya Darshnam, we strive to provide high-quality pooja path items and Ladoo Gopal dresses with complete customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which orders may be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded.

Before Shipment

• You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
• Contact us immediately with your Order Number to request cancellation.
• If your order has already been packed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund according to this policy.

Due to the spiritual nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following situations:

• Damaged product received.
• Defective product received.
• Incorrect product delivered.
• Missing parts or accessories.

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
• An unboxing video and clear product photos are mandatory to process any return request.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

• Used or altered products.
• Products without original packaging.
• Customized or made-to-order Ladoo Gopal dresses.
• Minor color or design variations due to handcrafted manufacturing or screen resolution.

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• For prepaid orders requiring bank transfer, bank account details may be requested.

• In case of size issues or incorrect product delivery, exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was from our side.
