We accept returns or exchanges only for Laddu Gopal Ji Dresses under the following conditions:

• Wrong item received (wrong size, design, or color).
• Damaged product received during shipping.
• Manufacturing defect (stitching or finishing issue).

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom or made-to-order items.
• Items purchased during sale or discount periods.
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution.
• Size issues caused by incorrect size selection by the customer.
• Puja items and perfumes/Attar.

• 1Email us at support@divyadarshnam.com or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• 2Provide the following details:
  • Order ID
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Reason for return
• 3Once approved, we will provide the return address.
• 4Ship the item back within 5 days at your own cost unless the error was on our part.

• Refunds are processed only for approved return requests.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer:
  • A replacement of equal value.
  • Store credit.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier companies.
• Incorrect delivery due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

• Please pack the returned item securely to avoid damage during transit.
